5. No user has the right to take part in any of the pixeltamer.net services. The operating company has the right to cancel, delete or ban accounts which have gone against the ToS, have a disrupting influence on the games or are unwanted at any time.

Especially is it not allowed to have so called Bots or any other tools that are there to replace the web interface. Only with the permission of the pixeltamer.net admins would that be feasible and with that the tool would have to be made public for everybody to use.

8. Every user is entitled to his own opinion. This is especially true for the other users.
9. The user oblige to not infringe upon German Law.
10. Flames, Spamming and Forum Trolling are not permitted.
11. The forum and chat are not under any age restriction. Therefore the user has to respect and consider there way of expressing themselves in the presence of minors.
12. Personal verbal and written attacks or any other illegal and unlawful content, action or links are prohibited.
13. Ref-Links are prohibited and lead to instant cancellation of the account.
14. Vote invitations are prohibited and will get deleted.
15. Advertisements for third party products or services are not allowed and will be deleted.
16. The abuse of the signatures and avatars is not desired. The size should not exceed standard banner sizes in file size as in the dimensions. Advertisement (commercial) and any insulting signatures and avatars will not be tolerated and deleted.
17. pixeltamer.net has the right to use their domestic authority through banning, deletion of accounts and official injunctions.
18. In the case of severe misconduct and/or breaking of any rules of the German law, pixeltamer.net reserves the right to file charges.
19. To post in the Forum or chat you need to register as we do not want misuse of either of them.
20. pixeltamer.net has the right to change the ToS at any time.
21. pixeltamer.net has the right to save user data in case of abuse of the pixeltamer.net services. The user can delete all his data at any time, apart from the data for book keeping purposes.
22. Membership can be cancelled at any time by deletion of the account.
23. The user allows us to mail him for information’s purpose and therefore the storage his email address.
24. By using the pixeltamer.net services you automatically accept the pixeltamer.net term of service.
25. No user is allowed to hold more than one pixeltamer.net account.
26. If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement
